Dr. Ann Astolfi
Ann Kearney Astolfi is from the Scranton area. She recieved a B.S. in Biology from The University of Scranton. After graduation from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, she pursued a general practice residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital. It was during this residency that Dr. Astolfi found a passion for periodontics and decided to specialize. She finished a postgraduate training program in Periodontology and Dental Implants from Temple University, returned to the Lehigh Valley to begin private practice and has been in private practice since 1995.
Dr. Astolfi is a member of The American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, The International College of Oral Implantologists, The Academy of Osseointegration, and The Lehigh Dental Society. She is also on the peer review board through the Lehigh Valley Dental Society.
She is active on staff at Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg campus. Dr. Astolfi takes great pleasure in teaching, as she is a four time recipient of the “Teacher of the Year” award from Lehigh Valley Hospital. She is dedicated to the residency program both in clinical setting for hands-on teaching and in lecture hall for didactic lectures. This helps Dr. Astolfi touch the future of dentistry, as well as, give back to the community.
